Tender description

Kresen Kernow, co-funded by the National Lottery Heritage Fund and the Arts Council England, looked to commission an artist to design and create a new piece of public artwork. The project is to be inspired by the theme My Cornwall: My Home and is to commemorate the temporary return to Cornwall of several historic Cornish manuscripts in 2021 and will be unveiled to the public on St Piran's Day.
