Tender description
The purpose of this Invitation to Quote (ITQ) is to invite tenders for the provision of evaluation services in accordance with the requirements detailed in the ITQ documentation. Following the successful Aden Country Park Restoration & Redevelopment Project National Lottery Heritage Fund (NLHF) Parks for People award, Aberdeenshire Council now wishes to appoint an experienced Evaluation Specialist to work alongside the Aden Project Team, NLHF, and Council and community partners to carry out three main requirements: 1. Initial Monitoring & Evaluation Review & Recommendations Report 2. Mid-Project Evaluation Report 3. Final Evaluation Exit Report
