22.70.1001 - Greenisland balconies repairs and associated works - The scheme consists of remedial work to the external elements of 3 No three-storey residential blocks of traditional construction which are cavity walled and have a pitched or flat roof. The 76No. dwellings are a mixture of flats and maisonettes and include 10 No. communal halls. The dwellings were constructed between 1958 and 1962 and are located in Glassillan Grove and Rossmore Green, Greenisland, Co Antrim which will improve the living conditions of tenants, and meet the require NIHE policies and strategies . For full details Economic Operators must review all the Contract Documents, including but not limited to the Contract Data document and Appendices 01-10. Notwithstanding the date of the Contract(s), it is intended that the commencement date of Works by the Contractor(s) will be Summer/Autumn 2021; however this is subject to change in the Contracting Authority’s absolute discretion.
