The Provision of routine use of Accredited Equipment to carry out TRACS Surveys of the strategic road network to collect the Survey Data Lot 1: Provision of services to undertake the collection, processing and delivery of routine traffic speed pavement surface condition data for the Highways England strategic road network. This data is used for a variety of purposes including the calculation of business management information, network valuation figures and the asset management decisions about which parts of the network require investigation or maintenance and what form that should take.
