Test and Trace Officer App

Tender description

As part of the Track and Trace system, a local Kingston team has been put together consisting of employees recruited into Track and Trace Officer roles. These roles entail workers being deployed to visit resident’s homes in the borough, following the local authority being unable to get in contact with the resident via other means (to inform them of their covid test result and collect contact tracing information). An IT platform is needed in order to manage this team; both in terms of managing their rota, assigning workload/tasks and monitoring the staff conducting visits. All this being considered, the creation of an app that can be used on a portable mobile device would seem the best solution.
