Request for Proposals for suitable providers for development of the Duo Programme. The DUO programme is a new pilot proposed by Carlow County Council – Local Enterprise Office which will created in order to support the development of business partnerships in County Carlow. Its function is to optimize and de-risk the partnership process, fostering alignment with individuals who enter into a partnership arrangement or have entered into a partner’s business in the past 3 years.
