Provision of Non-Mains Sewage Waste and Drainage Services

Tender description

A Service provider is required to manage, maintain and repair essential drainage and pumping services to all of the associated non-mains drainage facilities on both a routine and emergency call-out basis. It is also required to safely remove and dispose of effluent and waste materials in accordance with Regulatory and best practice standards. Lot 1: The service will provide and ensure continuity of efficient clean drainage, pumping services for tenants; compliance with Regulatory requirements (Public Health Act 1936), ensure the Health & Safety of tenants and provision of quality clean properties. It will also meet associated SLHD Corporate and Environmental strategies.
