Provision of Electronic Signatures

GC Business Growth Hub require an E-Signature solution that will allow the Hub to sign documents electronically. As most of the activities undertaken by the Hub is funded by public funds, there is a requirement to ensure a clear audit trail for all claims and most of these processes prior to Covid-19 Pandemic required wet signatures. GC Business Growth Hub now require these processes to be undertaken electronically. There is also a requirement to have Supplier Contracts and other agreements signed with external suppliers. Due to the confidential nature of the documents the system will be required to be able to send documents with password protection.
