Market Consultation - Homeless Support

Tender description

Portsmouth City Council (the Council) is planning to tender a new contract for the provision of rough sleeping/homeless supported accommodation, based within the city of Portsmouth. The Contract will last for two and a half years and is intended to be used for the provision of housing related support to single people and couples with experience of rough sleeping, and funded by the Council from its funding allocation provided by the Next Steps Accommodation Programme. As a precursor to the issue of tender documentation, the Council would like to consult organisations on the proposed scope, content of the contract, and specification. Consequently, we have produced this short consultation document and would welcome input into this process from interested parties. The deadline for receipt of responses is Midday on Monday 8th February 2021. Responses must be returned via In-Tend.
