Kilkenny and Carlow Education and Training Board invites tenders for Building Services (M&E) Engineering Services as part of a Full Design Team (comprising four individually appointed Consultants as follows: Architect, Civil & Structural Engineer, Building Services (M&E) Engineer and Quantity Surveyor) for project management and design consultancy services for the full design, statutory approvals, planning, fire and DAV, tendering process, procurement and subsequent periodic inspections and certification of construction of works at Coláiste Mhuire, Johnstown, Co. Kilkenny, RN 70600T Note: A separate competition for the appointment of a PSDP will run using the DoES PSDP Framework. The Accommodation comprises of the following: 2 X Mainstream Classrooms(Prefab Replacement) 6 x Mainstream Classrooms 1 x Home Economics Room 1 x DCG Room 2 x Science Labs with shared Prep Area (total area 1288m2) & Provision of 2 x 58m2 prefabs from September 2021 to June 2023
