Tender description

The University requires assistance with: — outplacement services; — support for partners of employees who are relocating to Edinburgh from outside Scotland; — employees returning from a period of parental leave. This lot covers outplacement/career transition support for those facing redundancy and partners of new employees to the University, who are looking to relocate their careers to Edinburgh/Central belt Scotland. UoE requires support services to assist employees returning to work at the University after a period of parental leave, most typically due to maternity/adoption/shared parental leave. The University wants to support these individuals during their transition so that they are able to focus positively on their future career.
