<p>This is the second Preliminary Market Consultation for the Housing Related Support opportunity. In the first PMC we shared our proposed new HRS model and took on board you views. As a result we have made some further changes which we would like to share with you and seek your views on prior to the release of the procurement. The Authority is committed to delivering Housing Related Support (HRS) in some form within North East Lincolnshire.
