Tender description

The Parklife Project seeks to develop new sports outdoor changing pavilion at the University's Bodington site. The changing pavilion is c.475m2 NIA and consists of:  4 no changing rooms to Sport England specification  2 no referee changing  First aid and physio  WCs provision  Reception point  Social space including bar  Kitchen to serve the social space Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
