GB-Enfield: Mechanical and Electrical Services

Tender description

Attigo Academy Trust is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to supply annual planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance of mechanical and electrical services to four primary schools. The Trust will sign a contract with the successful Contractor for a period of 3 years with the option to extend for a further 2 years. It is expected that the contract will commence on 1st April 2021.Contractors are required to undertake the planned preventative maintenance to all items identified within the Asset Schedule and in full accordance with the standard maintenance specification SFG-20. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
