Tender description

Nottinghamshire County Council has a statutory duty under Section 46 of the Public Health (Control of Diseases) Act 1984 to undertake the cremation or burial of people who die whilst living in residential and nursing care accommodation and who have no-one willing or able to make funeral arrangements for them.
