Tender description

The provision of external audit services for Anglia Ruskin University (ARU), its subsidiaries, joint venture companies and the ARU Foundation. The provision of external audit services for Anglia Ruskin University (ARU), its subsidiaries, joint venture companies and the ARU Foundation. In addition, audits are required for the US Direct Loan (FFEL) Program, the Teachers Pension Agency, and ad-hoc audits for specific projects. An additional requirement is the preparation of the Corporation Tax returns for the subsidiary companies on an annual basis and for Anglia Ruskin University when specifically requested by HMRC. The term of this audit will be initially for 5 years, with the option to extend for a further 2 years. The service will commence on 1 April 2021, in preparation for the audit of the accounts for the year ending 31 July 2021. Therefore, the term of the engagement will be initially for 5 years (with the option to extend for a further 2 years), expiring on 31 March 2026 (following the audit of the accounts to 31 July 2025).
