Lot 2: Lot 2 - Contracts of the value of GBP 60k - GBP1m Due to the current coronavirus COVID19 pandemic, we are calling on SPPN 4/2020, clause 20 and Annex C: Modification of OJEU value contracts and Regulation 72(1)(c) Unforeseen Circumstances to extend this framework. This extension is required to relieve pressure on the supply chain whilst resources are limited, ensuring continuity of supply and in recognition of the fact that staff are currently diverted to the management of business critical areas affected by Covid19.
