Architectural Services for Additional Accommodation at Mercy Secondary School, Ballymahon, Co Longford. Mercy Secondary School is a Catholic voluntary secondary school under the trusteeship of CEIST. Please see attached Project Brief and Schedule of Additional Accommodation In summary, the project will comprise: SECTION A: • 2 x General Classrooms 58.6 m2 each • 1 x Science labs 88.6 m2 • 1 x Prep Area 38.5 m2 • 2 x SET Rooms 15 m2 each • Student Toilets 22.5.m2 • Locker Space 25 m2 Total Floor Area 329 m2 Total Floor Area including circulation & internal partitions: 421 m2 SECTION B: • 2 Classroom SEN Base 524.4 m2 Giving a Gross Floor Area SECTION A and SECTION B (including staircases, circulation and partitions of 1 066 m2 And also external areas: • Secure hard and soft play area 200 m2 • Sensory Garden 100 m2 • 6 parking spaces.
