Tender description

CAPITA SIMS is the Management information System used by a large amount of schools in Newcastle to support school management functions. NCC own the licenses on behalf of the schools, the costs of this annual contract cover support, maintenance and software upgrades for the contract period. Schools have the individual decision if they want to use the SIMS product, the schools which these costs relate to confirmed in December 2020 they wanted to continue to use the SIMS software. As the maintenance related exclusively to Capita's own software products, there are no alternative suppliers.
