WEST MIDLANDS FIRE AND RESCUE AUTHORITY INVITATION TO TENDER FOR INSTALLATION OF REPLACEMENT BOILER AT WOODGATE VALLEY FIRE STATION

Tender description

The Services Contractor shall supply, install, test and commission the installations as detailed on the Tender drawings and within this specification, employing skilled personnel and specialist contractors as necessary to achieve the standards described. The mechanical services shall include the following: - 1) Strip out and enabling works 2) Gas Installation 3) LTHW Heating Installation 4) Building Management and Controls systems 5) Thermal Insulation 6) Testing and Commissioning Providing all design drawings and design calculations for comments. All plant shall be so installed such that it complies with CDM and Health and Safety guidance on access and good maintenance. The new boiler installation works shall take place at the following location: Woodgate Valley Fire Station, 161 Stonehouse Lane, Quinton, Birmingham B32 3AG Site visit to be conducted, please refer to the invitation to tender for more detail and book your visit via Richard Clarke the stations dedicated Surveyor on 07973 810 834.
