GC are looking to appoint a provider of IT hardware and associated services. The successful provider will have the ability to deliver fully imaged and configured good quality hardware and associated accessories direct to our internal customers both at home and in office locations. The provider will need to have the ability to collect equipment, provide break-fix services and and repurpose or recycle equipment for users. The tender documents contain key specification details and instruction relating how to submit your bid and how your bid will be evaluated and the contract award process. Please note the contract value of the goods and services pursuant to this contract is expected to be in the region outlined, however, GC cannot guarantee this level of spend or value of services under this single provider framework.
