Tender description
Lisburn and Castlereagh City Council (LCCC) require a contractor for the collection, haulage and recycling of cardboard waste from the Councils Household Recycling Centres. The contract material will be contained in closed compactor containers supplied by the contractor. The Council will supply the compactor machines. The contractor will be required to meet the standards of the Specification of Requirements as a minimum
