Mae Prifysgol Aberystwyth yn chwilio am gyflenwr cymwys i ddarparu a chyflwyno System Rheoli Llety er mwyn rheoli pob agwedd ar ei darpariaeth breswyl i fyfyrwyr. Aberystwyth University seeks a suitably qualified supplier to provide and implement an Accommodation Management System to manage all aspects of its student residential provision. Lot 1: Mae Prifysgol Aberystwyth yn chwilio am gyflenwr cymwys i ddarparu a chyflwyno System Rheoli Llety er mwyn rheoli pob agwedd ar ei darpariaeth breswyl i fyfyrwyr. Mae gan Brifysgol Aberystwyth 7 neuadd breswyl a chyfanswm o 3249 o ofodau gwely, wedi’u trefnu’n fflatiau, tai, a stiwdios unigol. Bydd y system yn disodli’r datrysiad presennol a ddatblygwyd yn fewnol a bydd angen iddi allu gweithio ar system ddata myfyrwyr fewnol (AStRA) a'r system gyllid (Agresso | Unit4 Business World) a gallu i ddarparu pob rhan o'r system sy'n wynebu'r defnyddiwr yn ddwyieithog, yn Saesneg ac yn Gymraeg. Hoffai’r Brifysgol roi contract am gyfnod o bum mlynedd yn y lle cyntaf, ac yn ddelfrydol byddai’r system yn weithredol erbyn mis Ebrill 2022. Aberystwyth University seeks a suitably qualified supplier to provide and implement an Accommodation Management System to manage all aspects of its student residential provision. Aberystwyth University has 7 halls of residence, divided between Third party managed and University owned accommodation, comprising 3249 bed spaces, arranged in flats, houses, and individual studios. The system will replace an existing in-house developed solution and will need to integrate with the in-house student data system (AStRA) and finance system (Agresso | Unit4 Business World) and be able to provide all contact-facing areas of the system bilingually, in English and Welsh. The University is seeking to initially contract for a 5-year period, with preferably the system being operational by April 2022.
