Provision of panel chair selection and appointment services

Tender description

As the regulator of the nursing, midwifery and nursing associate professions - we need to consider if a person is fit to practise without restriction. In some cases this decision will need to be decided at a hearing (or similar event) where a panel of three people makes a decision about whether the person is currently fit to practise, based on all the available evidence. The purpose of this procurement is to enter into a contract with a recruitment agency, who can provide a competence based recruitment campaign to appoint approximately 56 panel chairs from our existing panel member pool. As our recruitment partner you will be responsible for developing the proposed assessments and scoring criteria whilst providing feedback to candidates at each stage of the process and making recommendations for appointments.
