Provision of home and community-based care and support under SDS Option 3

Tender description

Angus Council and the Angus Health and Social Care Partnership are reviewing the current Framework Agreement for the provision of personal care and housing support (including home-based respite services) under SDS Option 3 within the homes of supported people in Angus. This is an opportunity for providers to be involved in shaping the future model prior to a tender exercise in early 2022. Lot 1: Angus Council and the Angus Health and Social Care Partnership are reviewing the current Framework Agreement for the provision of personal care and housing support (including home-based respite services) under SDS Option 3 within the homes of supported people in Angus. This is an opportunity for providers to be involved in helping to shape the future model prior to a tender exercise early in 2022. The aim of the service is to provide person-centred, outcome-focused care and support to Angus residents, in line with Self-Directed Support legislation and complemented by a comprehensive, predefined pricing model.
