The Provider shall deliver a meaningful, tailored intensive re-engagement/progression programme suitable for learners who • Are primary Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 pupils (there will be no secondary school pupils present at this provision) • Display challenging behaviour • Are at risk of Permanent Exclusion • Find full time school difficult or • Attend school on a reduced timetable
