Tender description

<p><strong>Reactive mechanical and electrical maintenance &ndash; </strong>based on hourly rates &ndash; working time only, travelling time is to be included in the rates and not to be charged separately. All work is in the Carlisle and surrounding area (Carlisle City Council District &ndash; includes Brampton, Longtown and Dalston).</p> <p><strong>Planned mechanical maintenance &ndash; </strong>boiler etc. servicing, gas safety checks (to natural gas, LPG and oil appliances within commercial and domestic properties). To be carried out as per the schedule and requirements detailed within Appendix 2.</p> <p><strong>Planned electrical maintenance &ndash; </strong>emergency lighting tests, monthly and annual. To be carried out as per the schedule and requirements detailed within Appendix 3.</p> <p><strong>Fire alarm testing &ndash; </strong>carry out weekly testing of fire alarm systems / call points at Bousteads Grassing Depot and the Tourist Information Centre.</p> Keywords: Mechanical, Electrical
