Norfolk County Council will be seeking a provider to deliver its requirements for their Master Composter and Food Savvy volunteer programmes. The full requirements are currently being finalised. Lot 1: Norfolk County Council will be seeking a provider to deliver its requirements for their Master Composter volunteer programme and administration support for the Food Savvy volunteer programme. The provider will be required to successfully run the services with the aim of reducing the amount of biodegradable waste sent for disposal.
