Tender description

<p>Lewisham Council is inviting submissions for the Tender of; A Mental Health Community Recovery Accommodation based service. The Service shall be based in Lewisham. This will be a service providing supported accommodation for male and female adults with complex mental health needs who will be at various stages in terms of their recovery. The service will sit within the London Borough of Lewisham (LBL) mental health supported housing Pathway. The Pathway offers a range of supported accommodation for adults with persistent mental health needs aimed at promoting recovery and increased independence. The Pathway fits within the wider health and social care system in Lewisham, working closely with the NHS (e.g. the South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust [SLaM]) and the South East London CCG provision. The successful tenderer must commit to entering into Management Agreements with existing landlord for the buildings which are based in Lewisham The successful tenderer must be a able to take on the requirements of a Full Repairing Lease (and must be regulated with the Regulator for Social Housing) for one of the buildings, and commit to entering into Management Agreements with existing landlords for the remaining buildings which are based in Lewisham</p> Keywords: accommodation
