JNCC will assess relevant current/past experience, topic appreciation and compliance with Quality Assurance as well as the Standard Selection Questionnaire. The number of suppliers awarded a place on the Framework Agreement will be dependent on the technical quality/price of bids submitted with no anticipated minimum. Section One provides detail on the process to be followed for award of contracts (call-off) to individual suppliers via Direct Award or Mini-Competition (for each opportunity) amongst all suppliers within a particular lot. Suppliers should specify clearly within their bids their particular areas of expertise and show evidence of their abilities. Where evidence is not included, it will be assumed those skills do not exist.
