Tender description

IAA Government policy is to separate the Air Navigation Service Provider (ANSP) from the Safety Regulation Division (SRD) of the current Irish Aviation Authority (IAA). The Commission for Aviation Regulation (CAR) will be integrated with IAA to create a reconstituted aviation regulator for Ireland. This is a legislative process which is currently before the houses of the Oireachtas. The result is two entities, one commercial semi-state provider of air navigation and related services (ANSP) and the second the aviation regulator covering safety, security and economic regulation. IAA have a requirement for ICT Program Design Support for Organisation Demerger and Merger Activities.
