Covid-19 related Game Development. Supplier to develop a bespoke version of the current ‘Bad News’ online game. The new version will focus on Covid-19 vaccines and medical misinformation with the purpose of raising public awareness of the issue and inoculating target audiences against such misinformation. Lot 1: Negotiated procedure without prior publication (OJEU) — Regulation 32(2)(b)(iii) Covid-19 related Game Development. The supplier had already developed a version of the inoculation intervention - Titled bad news game — sufficiently similar to our requirement that we sought to make use of this IP, which represented value for money but created an absence of competition.
