Tender description

Crown Commercial Service (CCS) as the Authority intends to put in place a Pan Government Collaborative Agreement for the provision of Facilities Management to be utilised by Central Government Departments and all other UK Public Sector Bodies, including Local Authorities, Health, Police, Fire and Rescue, Education and Devolved Administrations. It is intended that this commercial agreement will be the recommended vehicle for all Facilities Management required by UK Central Government Departments Lot 1: Total Facilities Management Crown Commercial Service as the Authority is putting in place a Pan Government Collaborative Framework Agreement for use by UK public sector bodies (and any future successors to these organisations), which include Central Government Departments and their Arm’s Length Bodies and Agencies, Non Departmental Public Bodies, NHS bodies and Local Authorities. The above Public Sector Bodies require a Framework Agreement that provides Facilities Management Services. Additional information: The lot will be split into 4 sub-lot value bands Lot 1a – £0 - £1,000,000 Lot 1b - £1,000,000 - £7,000,000 Lot 1c - £7,000,000 - £50,000,000 Lot 1d - £50,000,000+ Lot 2: Hard Facilities Management Crown Commercial Service as the Authority is putting in place a Pan Government Collaborative Framework Agreement for use by UK public sector bodies (and any future successors to these organisations), which include Central Government Departments and their Arm’s Length Bodies and Agencies, Non Departmental Public Bodies, NHS bodies and Local Authorities.
