Lot 40261: Escalation Care Services Torbay and South Devon NHS Foundation Trust (the ‘Trust’) and its partners Torbay Council and Devon CCG are inviting Providers to apply for the provision of a domiciliary Escalation Care service in Torbay. Lot 1 – starting with 200 (block) hours per week, contract period = 1yr + 1yr + 1yr Lot 2 – starting with 200 (block) hours per week, contract period = 6m + 6m + 6m Lot 3 – starting with 150 (block) hours per week, contract period = 6m + 6mAll potential Providers who wish to be considered will be required to complete an Invitation to Participate Pack.
