Design and build of bariatric accommodation Framework

Tender description

This opportunity relates to the establishment of a Framework as described within Regulation 33 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. Please note that Trivallis reserve the right to allow other Welsh RSL’s and Welsh Local Authorities to join during the term of the framework. Trivallis will use reasonable endeavors to notify the parties to the Framework agreement if a further RSL or Local Authority party signs up to benefit from use of the framework. Trivallis is seeking the appointment of contractors to a 4-year Framework for the provision of Designing, and the undertaking of construction works in relation to bariatric accommodation using modern methods of construction to near zero carbon. The purpose of the ITT is to assess the quality, solutions and value offered by the Bidders with a view to identifying the Most Economically Advantageous Tender which best meets Trivallis ‘requirement for the framework. The ITT will also serve to appoint a contractor to undertake design and build requirements at Perthcelyn – used as the scenario requirement for the establishing of the framework Please note that the Perthcelyn opportunity is the Framework Scenario for evaluation as well as the Initial framework project. The supplier who ranks first in the framework opportunity will be selected to undertake the Perthcelyn requirement.
