We are carrying out the procurement via the NHG Framework (Direct Award). Sean Good has been working successfully in the Housing Investment Team for a number of months now - and this procurement formalises their appointment via a NHG contract. Sean’s role is that of client project manager. This supports driving the programme of works with all key stakeholders and not overlapping any services that are the responsibility of others (i.e. other associated consultants). John Soper (Sean’ direct line manager in JRP & an Associate Partner within JRP) and Sean Tobin (Partner -Member), will regularly meet with this resources and the Client Team to share knowledge, understand any challenges and support in unpacking the issue and finding the appropriate solutions for the betterment of the project. This is part of the added value service that we refer to within our proposal.
