TRG (inclusive of Riverside Home Ownership and formerly Impact Housing Association) is looking for a supplier/s to provide a managed service for Soft FM services with the view to redefine the geographical regions aligning Communal and Window cleaning under the same suppliers by the proposed Lot Structure (Lot 1-8) with all the Office Cleaning regions having a separate lot (Lot 9). Lot Lot 1: Communal & Window Cleaning TRG (inclusive of General Needs, Care & Support, Riverside Home Ownerships and formerly Impact Housing Association) has the requirement for an outsourced service of Communal, and Window Cleaning Services to a number of customers across the group. The scope of services at high-level include:- ? Communal Cleaning (including Supported Housing & Retirement) Window Cleaning Lot Lot 2: Communal & Window Cleaning Services TRG (inclusive of General Needs, Care & Support, Riverside Home Ownerships and formerly Impact Housing Association) has the requirement for an outsourced service of Communal, Window Cleaning Services to a number of customers across the group.
