Tender description

The project relates to the detailed design, procurement and completion of repair and improvement works to the City of London Corporations (CoL) Central Criminal Court (CCC). Scope to include full replacement of all flat roofs & increased insulation, repairs to pitched roofs, provision of safe access to all roof areas for maintenance, undertake recommended structural repairs, refurbishment of public toilets throughout the building, including the accessible toilet and further surveys as required. The duration of the contract is: • Appoint consultant team August 2021 • Additional Surveys – August/September 2021 • Design to RIBA Stage 4 – December 2021 • Appoint Main Contractor and reappoint Consultants - August 2022 • Start on site – October 2022 • Completion - October 2023
