You are invited to quote for the review of a viability assessment submitted by the applicant to support planning application CB/21/01883/FULL - Land at Bedford Road, Houghton Regis. The proposed development is for the erection of 60 dwellings, which consist of 100% affordable housing, split between rented and shared ownership. Completed Quotations and attachments should be submitted electronically by the due date via our In-tend electronic tendering system. Quotations must be uploaded via the "My Return" section of the system. Quotations submitted through the correspondence facility will not be considered. Your Quotation must be submitted via the In-tend system by no later than 09:00am on Friday 09 July 2021. Quotations received after that time will be excluded.
