Cambridgeshire County Council - Older Peoples' Visiting Support Service

Tender description

Cambridgeshire County Council require the provision of an Older Peoples Visiting Support Service that will: Enable a wider range of older people to benefit from the use of this service, especially those in the County's rural areas where support is often more limited. Maximise the opportunities for partnership working with other community-based support offers, to deliver the best solution for each individual and make the best use of existing resources. Enable older people to access support in a timely way and ensure they have all the information they require to make informed choices about their support needs. Promote the use of Technology Enabled Care (TEC) to enable independence and a good quality of life to be maintained for as long as possible.
