Tender description

This document is a Request for Information ('RFI') in relation to Commercial Storage AV and Audio Assets. The BBC is working on plans to relocate the Videotape , Audio , and film Archive collection. It is anticipated that towards the 2024 date there will be minimal access required on these collections however BBC archive holdings do have specific needs surrounding requirements within its storage conditions, environments, security, accessibility and trackability. Please note that this is a request for information only. The BBC is not obliged to award a contract as a result of this exercise nor is it obliged to run any further competitions. All submissions are at the Bidder's own expense.
