The Contracting entity is seeking Preliminary Market Consultation for Transformer Oil Services. The purpose of this Preliminary Market Consultation is to : 1.Inform potentially interested parties of ESB’s intentions, through which ESB is seeking to establish a single frameworks. 2.Obtain a deeper understanding of market Participants (vendors, implementers, prime contractors and advisors), their products and solutions, their implementation capabilities, as well as any existing or potential delivery partnerships that the Participant is involved with or plans to be involved with. 3. Understand the optimum procurement strategy across key parameters including contract duration and; 4. Understand the optimum contracting strategy for various oil services deployments, with differing interfaces. Further details is in the information pack provided.
