<p>Medway Council wants a Rough Sleeping Navigator service to provide intensive support for people who are rough sleeping with complex needs, advocating &amp; enabling them to access appropriate services, including housing. The role will work in multi-agency settings in Medway, working in partnership with existing structures, local networks and developing collective good practice. The overall aim is to impact positively on the number of rough sleepers on the streets of Medway, by working closely across all partner services, and freeing up the Outreach Service to increase initial engagement and verification.</p> Keywords: Homelessness, support
