<p>Erewash Borough Council is undertaking a soft market testing exercise to seek the views of external operators for Cultural Hub services. The Council wishes to gain insight into the operating models available in the market place to assist with the development of a detailed specification and to help consider the most appropriate procurement process. Interested parties are invited to complete the questionnaire attached.
