<p>Durham County Council are seeking a registered provider to support someone diagnosed with Autism and Mild Learning Disabilities in a provision within the boundaries of North Tyneside. PREFERRED MODEL Core and cluster model with individual flat/bungalow in the North Tyneside area. Proposed Staffing levels: 2:1 staffing levels 24/7 within the home 1 waking staff and 1 sleep in staff on a night-time, staffing will be reviewed as and when needed, Full transition plan to be agreed once service is agreed.</p> <p>If you have a service that can potentially meet this need and you would like more information please email j.kitchingman@durham.gov.uk </p> Keywords: Autism, Learning Disability, Supported Living, Core and Cluster
