Tender description

Robotic welding system capable of welding mild steel assemblies with a high degree or repeatability. The robotic welding system must incorporate a synergic pulse MIG welding power plant of minimum 350 amp power supply. The robotic arm must have a reach of 2.5m and incorporate a tool centre point setup (TCP) & torch cleaning station. The welding station must incorporate twin manipulators capable of 750kg assemblies both mounted on a 180-degree carousel allowing loading/unloading of one assembly while the other is being welded. The controller must be user friendly and allow for rapid programming. Installation & training is required onsite.
