Test Management Latest start date Wednesday 1 September 2021 Why the Work is Being Done The requirement for QA service provider partnership is to fulfill our testing and quality assurance resource requirements for various digital products within Sovereign Problem to Be Solved Shortage in skilled Testing resources Who Are the Users As a Test lead I want to ensure we release good quality and validated digital products to our customer so that we provide quality services to our customers Existing Team The supplier will be working Sovereign's internal product team as well as working with Sovereign's other resourcing partners. Current Phase Live Skills & Experience • Manual Testing of digital products • Automation testing with wide range of expertise in various automation tools • Performance\Load\Stress testing • Test management • Non-Functional testing • Scale up and down as per Soverign's Testing requirements • Agile Methodologies Nice to Haves • Global preference • CMMI level 4 or above Work Location Our company is based in UK. Mostly the work will be done remotely. However we would like to have people onsite as required Working Arrangments The working arrangements will be flexible as per the project delivery requirements. What do you mean by “Global preference”? Is this expertise in having offshore testing capability? Global presence means do you have offices/resources globally or only based within the UK? We are looking for strategic resourcing partner who can provide us resources as and when we have a requirement for testing and QA. I am afraid I can't give a number now. 4. Will this be on an on-demand basis? Yes, it will be on-demand basis 5. Will we be competing with offshore suppliers or is the onsite element essential? Yes, we will need offshore and onsite presence. Majorly offshore however there are chances we need resources onsite.
