Provision of Consultancy Design and Management Services for the provision of a Car Park in Cahir Town Centre

Tender description

Tipperary County Council (the “Client”) wishes to engage a multi-disciplined competent and suitably experienced Consultant (the “Consultant”) to provide relevant engineering / environmental consultancy services and to act as Project Supervisor Design Process (PSDP) in respect of the design of Cahir Town Centre Car Park (the Project). The Consultant shall tender for the following project phases as outlined in Capital Works Management Framework (CWMF): - CWMF Stage (i): Preliminary Design to include the Statutory Planning Process - CWMF Stage (ii): Detailed Design & Tender Preparation - CWMF Stage (iii): Tender Action, Evaluation and Award. - CWMF Stage (iv): Construction - CWMF Stage (v): Handover of Works This is a multi-disciplinary project and as such the Consultant is required to perform the following professional services and expertise during the life cycle of this project: - Civil and Structural Engineering - Environmental Engineering - Fulfil the role of PSDP in accordance with the Safety, Health & Welfare (Construction) Regulations - Employers Representative - Quantity Surveyor Services - Electrical and Mechanical Services as required, e.g. lighting, entry and exit and associated payment systems - Landscape Design services - Conservation and Architectural Heritage professional services - Traffic and Transportation services - Planning services
