Pembrokeshire County Council are seeking a contractor to provide a facility to receive, recycle/process quantities of street sweepings and gully wastes delivered by the Authority to the Contractor. Lot 1: Pembrokeshire County Council are seeking a contractor to provide a facility to receive, recycle/process quantities of street sweepings and gully wastes delivered by the Authority to the Contractor. The quantity of 5,000+ tonnes is approximate and relates to the provision of the service for one whole year. The Contractor is entirely responsible for achieving on the designated end use outlets described in the specification, and the price submitted must include any costs involved in achieving a suitable end use. You are permitted to use a mixture of any of the authorised end use options over the duration of the contract should you be successful, however we will not accept any variation on price per tonne
