<p>General building works for small projects, refurbishments and reactive building fabric works for Tower Hamlets&nbsp;</p> <p>This is an Early Market Engagement Exercise and is NOT a call for competition and is NOT a guarantee that the results of this exercise will formally begin the procurement or constitute any commitment by Tower Hamlets Council to undertake any procurement exercise.&nbsp;The council intends to advertise a tender for General Building for small projects, refurbishments and reactive building fabric works, with an estimated value of &pound;3.5 million over 2 years. To this end, we are offering the opportunity to meet (virtually) with the council team commissioning these works &ndash; this will be your opportunity to obtain more information about this process. The briefings have been scheduled for Wednesday 21^st and Thursday 22^nd July. &nbsp;If your firm is interested in this work and you have the relevant skills and experience please complete the questionnaire. A briefing document has been attached to this webpage. You strongly advised to read this before responding. The &nbsp;briefing sessions will not be reiterating the contents therein. An invitation will subsequently be issued to you with details of the briefing session. &nbsp;&nbsp;No information provided in the response to the Early Market Engagement Questionnaire or any subsequent discussion will be used in any evaluation of any subsequent response to a procurement exercise.
